- Añade al vaso el tomate y el vino blanco. Programa 5 minutos, temperatura varoma y velocidad 1, sin cubilete para que se evapore el alcohol.
- Agrega el caldo de pollo (o el agua con la ½ pastilla de caldo concentrado de pollo) y programa 5 minutos, temperatura varoma y velocidad 1. Al terminar el tiempo, tritura la salsa 10 segundos, a velocidad 5 (yo lo trituraré más la próxima vez)
- Coloca la mariposa en las cuchillas y añade los trozos de pavo (con el jugo que haya soltado) y la hoja de laurel. Programa 15 minutos, temperatura 100º, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara.
