- Bajamos con la espátula lo que se haya quedado en las paredes del vaso y en la tapadera. Programamos 6', tem. 80º, vel. 4.
- Programamos de nuevo 15'', vel. 8, nos ayudaremos con la espátula pues queda muy espeso.
- Si os gusta más rosado hay que dejarlo menos tiempo.
- Vertemos en un molde, alisamos la superficie, lo tapamos con papel film y lo metemos en la nevera durante, al menos, 4 horas (es el mínimo, pero este paté, está incluso mejor al día siguiente, reposando 24 horas).
- O bien, lo volcamos en tarros de cristal o hacemos bolas y decoramos. Hay que dejarlo reposar en la nevera un mínimo de 4 horas.
- BRUJICONSEJOS: Si lo vas a guardas durante un tiempo, cubre la superficie con manteca de cerdo previamente derretida en microondas.
- El desmoldado es mucho más fácil si se introduce previamente el paté en el congelador, unos cinco o diez minutos.
- Puedes servirlo ya untado en pan tostado o tostadas y te aconsejo que le añadas algún tipo de mermelada como fresas, frambuesas... o dulce de tomate. ¡Queda de Escándalo!
