Pasar a un bol y colocarle un film pegado a la superficie para que no se haga condensación ni costra. Dejar enfriar.
  5. Pasados los 45 min, amasar para desgasificar, colocar la masa en una bandeja de horno con papel sulfatado, darle forma ovalada y pintar con la clara batida. Con ayuda de una manga pastelera poner la crema haciendo el enrejado y repartir las almendras por encima.
  6. Dejar reposar 20 min para que suba la masa.
  7. Precalentar el horno a 180°C
  8. Hornear  a 180°C durante 15 min, hasta que quede dorada, dejar enfriar antes de servir.
