- Quitamos la mariposa y terminamos de envolver con una lengua de silicona.
Engrasamos un molde de corona y vertemos la mezcla en el interior, repartiéndolo bien por todo el molde. - Hornearemos durante 20 minutos, calor arriba y abajo a 180º.
- Mientras se hornea preparamos el almíbar
En un recipiente apto para microondas ponemos vaso y medio de agua y lo calentamos 1 minuto o así, que se caliente pero no hace falta que hierva. - Le agregamos el azúcar y el licor o aroma y removemos hasta que esté perfectamente disuelto. Reservamos.
- Cuando termine de hornearse el bizcocho, sin apagar el horno, lo sacamos y vertemos poquito a poco todo el almíbar sobre el dejando que vaya absorbiéndolo todo.
- Volvemos a meter el bizcocho en el horno y ahora sí que lo apagamos.
Dejamos el bizcocho dentro del horno entre 10 y 15 minutos. - Pasado el tiempo, lo sacamos y dejamos templar un ratito. Desmoldamos y si nos gusta el coco le espolvorearemos por encima.
Cuando esté totalmente frio ya se podrá cortar.
