  7. Vertemos en una bandeja y dejamos enfriar, colocamos film transparente (pegado a la masa para evitar que se forme costra), llevamos a la nevera al menos 4 horas.
  8. Formamos bolas de 50 g. (aproximadamente).
  9. Vertemos en un bol, harina, sal, la levadura, colorante (una pizca), y vamos añadiendo sifón poco a poco sin dejar de remover hasta que quede una masa homogénea, suficiente como para envolver las bolas en las que deberá quedar adherida.
  10. Rebozamos las bolas y las añadimos a la freidora con el aceite bien caliente.
  11. Es importante tener en cuenta que la cantidad del rebozado dependerá de las bolas que hagamos, las sobrantes se pueden congelar (sin estar rebozadas). El rebozado debe de hacerse en el momento que vayamos a cocinarlas. DESPUÉS DE COCINADAS SERVIR INMEDIATAMENTE PUES FRÍAS PIERDEN EL CRUJIENTE DEL REBOZADO. HAY REBOZADOS INDUSTRIALES QUE SE PUEDEN ADQUIRIR EN GRANDES SUPERFICIES.
