Lleva a ebullición y baja a fuego medio-bajo. Cocina así unos 25-30 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se te pegue al fondo. Cuando veas que tiene la textura que te gusta, retira del fuego y guarda en un tarro, preferiblemente de cristal, en la nevera o conserva al vacío.
