Añade el tomate con una pizca de sal y otra de azúcar para restarle acidez y rehoga durante unos 10 minutos (hasta que el tomate se haga). Tritura la salsa con la batidora.
- Escurre las dos latas de atún (puedes guardar el aceite para aliñar una ensalada) y mezcla con el huevo. Corta las aceitunas en trocitos y mézclalas con el huevo y el atún. Añade la salsa triturada y mezcla bien.
- Pon un poco de masa en cada oblea y cubre con otra. Ponlas en una bandeja de horno sobre papel sulfurizado y píntalas con huevo batido. (Para los 11 platillos tendrás que hornear dos veces).
- Hornea en horno precalentado a 180° durante 12-15 minutos (hasta que se doren) y sirve calientes 😋
