En época de naranjas este bizcochito asoma por mi cocina de vez en cuando. Para conseguir un sabor intenso y que además quede jugoso, mi truco es añadir la naranja entera, triturada. Yo me he ayudado de la Thermomix, pero la receta se adapta sin problema a otros robots como la Monsieur Cuisine, etc... Y si no tenéis, pues tampoco es problema. Es cuestión de trocear la naranja y triturarla con la batidora hasta hacerla puré para añadirla a la masa de bizcocho, que se puede hacer con varilla manual perfectamente.   5. Por último, añadimos la harina, la levadura y la sal y programamos 15 seg/vel 3.
  6. Nos aseguramos de que la mezcla es homogénea y si no fuera así, acabamos de mezclar con una espátula. Repartimos la masa en el molde que habíamos forrado.
  7. Si os gusta, podéis espolvorear la superficie con un poco de azúcar antes de meter el bizcocho al horno.
  8. Horneamos 45 minutos aproximadamente. Recordad siempre pinchar con un palillo en el centro del bizcocho para comprobar que éste sale limpio, cosa que nos indicará que el bizcocho está perfectamente cocido.
  9. Dejamos el molde sobre una rejilla y pasados 10 minutos lo desmoldamos. Dejamos enfriar por completo y listo.
  10. Para preparar sin robot: troceamos la naranja y la trituramos con la batidora hasta conseguir un puré. Reservamos.
  11. En un bol, cascamos los huevos, añadimos el azúcar y batimos con una varilla manual.
  12. Añadimos el aceite y mezclamos. Incorporamos el yogur. Seguidamente añadimos el puré de naranja. Mezclamos bien.
  13. Por último añadimos la harina, la levadura y la pizca de sal. Mezclamos hasta integrar por completo.
  14. Seguimos con los pasos 6-7-8-9.
