  1. En el vaso de la tmx, 4 seg velocidad 4. Picar primero la cebolleta y añadirla en la sartén para que se vaya rehogando. Seguidamente picar el brócoli, los arbolitos (mismo procedimiento) y añadirlo en la sartén junto la cebolleta. Dejar rehogar unos minutos.
  2. Rehogar la cebolleta y el brócoli.
  3. En una sartén a parte hacer los shiitake (yo los hago a parte porque se me pegan en la otra sartén) y añadirlos a la mezcla anterior.
  4. Mientras escurrimos el bloque de tofu y lo picamos unos segundos en la tmx y lo pasamos en la sartén y lo cocinaremos unos minutos.
  5. Añadiremos la soja, la cebolla en polvo y el ajo en polvo. Mezclaremos bien para que vayan cogiendo los sabores. Seguiremos cocinando a fuego bajo/medio 5/6 unos 4 min. E iremos removiendo para que no se pegue.
  6. Pasar la mezcla en un bol, añadir la avena instantánea, mezclar y dejar reposar, cuando ya esté fría formar las hamburguesas. Las podéis hacer a la plancha o en el horno 😜
