- Cuando la olla haya terminado y los macarrones ya estén hechos, despresurizar la olla. Escurrir los macarrones pero reservar un poco de agua de la cocción, más menos el cubilete de la Thermomix.
- Echar en la cubeta de la olla 10 cc de aceite, el otro diente de ajo y el jamón picado y poner en menú refreír dos o tres minutos.
- Retirar el ajo y echar encima del jamón los macarrones, la salsa de calabacín y el agua que habíamos reservado. Remover todo y dejar en el mismo menú refreír durante dos minutos.
- Servir y si se quiere echar por encima un poco más de queso rallado.
