- Cuando hayan doblado su tamaño, con ayuda de una tijera vamos recortando el papel de hornear que rodea a cada porción de manera que evitemos tocarlas a la hora de verter en la sartén.(podrían bajar).
- En una sartén ponemos el aceite (no muy caliente), y vamos introduciendo las bolas junto con el papel de hornear, friéndolas por las dos caras (retiramos el papel que al freír se despegara). Las vamos colocando encima de papel de cocina para que suelten el exceso de aceite. Aún calientes pasamos por azúcar.
- Cuando se hayan enfriado, con ayuda de una manga, rellenamos las pelotas con la crema pastelera, abriéndolas por la mitad.
