- En primer lugar empezamos con la masa Blanca, yo la hice en thermomix así es que empecé añadiendo los huevos junto con el azúcar, seguidamente hay que programar 2 minutos, vel 4/5, acabado el tiempo incorpora el aceite, el yogur, el zumo, el anís y la mitad de la harina y mezcla todo unos segundos a velocidad 5/6 cuando esté bien integrado echa la harina restante y sigue mezclando. Echa la masa en la bandeja y reserva.
- Ahora vamos hacer la segunda capa con los ingredientes de la masa de chocolate. Hacemos exactamente lo mismo que con la otra masa, mezclar los huevos con el azúcar 2 minutos y después incorporar los demás ingredientes citados al vaso thermomix, (la harina siempre mejor en dos veces porque es mucha cantidad y si no es así salen grumos y no se integra bien) cuando esté lista echa la masa encima de la otra masa Blanca.
- Con el horno precalentado hornea a 175 ºc unos 40 minutos (cada horno es diferente vigila los tiempos)
