- En un bol, ponemos a macerar el paquete de frutos secos(pasas,coco, plátano.....) con el brandy y con el agua.
- En el vaso de la Thermomix, echamos el chocolate fondant troceado y programamos 10 segundos, a velocidad progresiva 5-7-10. Bajamos los restos que hayan quedado en las paredes y en la tapa del vaso hacia las cuchillas. Programamos 4 minutos, temperatura 37º y velocidad 3. Si no se ha deshecho todo, programamos 1 minutos más, a temperatura 50 º y velocidad 3.
- Lo echamos en el molde de silicona, cubriendo toda la base y los laterales. Dejamos que endurezca en el frigorífico o en el congelador.
- Sin lavar el vaso, echamos la nata y programamos 5 minutos, temperatura 100º y velocidad 2. Añadimos los chocolates troceados y removemos a velocidad 1, mientras se van deshaciendo poco a poco y subimos a velocidad 3 hasta que veamos que están completamente fundidos.
- Incorporamos toda la mezcla macerada junto con el brandy y el agua de macerarlas, las almendras, las avellanas, las galletas troceadas. Removemos con la espátula para que se mezcle todo bien y el brandy se reparta entre toda la mezcla.
- Sacamos el molde el frigorífico o congelador, vertemos la mezcla en él extendiéndola por todo el molde y dejamos reposar en el frigorífico de un día para otro.
- Desmoldamos y espolvoreamos con azúcar glass y almendras troceadas tostadas para decorar. Que aproveche ‼️
