  5. Saca inmediatamente y ponla en tarros de cristal (yo siempre guardo algunos de conservas para poder luego utilizarlos en cosas así).
  6. Deja enfriar con el tarro destapado y después conserva en el frigorífico. Aguanta meses. Empléala en tus tostadas de desayuno, ya sea con pan normal o de molde, acompañando a patés o como más te guste.
  7. Nota: puedes hacer la misma receta con naranjas. En este caso, como la piel de naranja pesa mucho más, necesitarás más o menos 1 kg, ya que peladas se quedará en poco más de 600 gr.
