  10. 150 gr agua

  1. En primer lugar pondremos el azúcar y pulverizaremos 15 seg, vel 10. A continuación incorporaremos la piel del limón y programaremos de nuevo 10 seg, vel 10

  3. Ahora pondremos unas gotas de aceite por encima de la masa y volveremos a mezclar 10 seg, vel 5 y será entonces cuando lo sacaremos a la encimera. Nos untaremos las manos en aceite para que no se nos pegue y haremos las formas deseadas. (En mi caso saqué 2 toñas, 4 monas y 3 lagartos pequeñitos). Una vez formadas pondremos los huevos y dejaremos dormir de nuevo hasta doblar el volumen. Luego pondremos el horno a 180° y hornearemos hasta que estén doraditas (aprox 20 min las toñas y 10 las monas)
  4. Mientras tanto haremos el almíbar. Para ello pondremos los ingredientes en el vaso de nuestra Thermomix 10 min, 100°, vel 2. Acabado el tiempo lo pondremos en un vaso y cuando saquemos las toñas ya estará templado. Pincelaremos nuestras toñas y monas, decoraremos con azúcar y... Listas para degustar
