Ponemos la mezcla de galletas con mantequilla en el fondo del molde. Prensamos con una cuchara y metemos al frigorífico.
  3. En un plato o cazo con agua fría, metemos las láminas a remojo durante 5-7 min(según instrucciones del envase).
  4. Lavamos el vaso de la Thermomix. No pasa nada si no está seco. Metemos las láminas de gelatina y derretimos ligeramente hasta que se disuelvan, 2 min, 90°,vel 1-2.
  5. Añadimos el queso, la nata y el azúcar y mezclamos todo, 1:30 min, vel 4. La mezcla debe quedar muy homogénea, como si fuera crema. Si vemos que le falta un poco, podemos programar 1 min más.
  6. Sacamos el molde del frigorífico y con cuidado vamos echando la mezcla y extendiéndola. Es importante echarla con cuidado, porque si no, podemos llevarnos trozos de galleta y que luego se quede la tarta con "sorpresas" en la zona del queso.
  7. Metemos en el frigorífico unas 2 o 3 horas. Normalmente compruebo como esta la consistencia de la mezcla antes de proceder a echarle la mermelada. Si está ya firme, cogemos la mermelada que más nos guste y con cuidado y una espátula vamos echándola hasta que cubra toda la tarta.
