  1. Crumble... poner en el vaso frutos secos y perejil (trocear 5 s/vel 5). Añadir el queso y los copos de avena (mezclar 10 s/giro inverso/vel 3). Retirar y reservar.
  2. Al vapor... agua y sal al vaso (vacío). Cocer batata en varoma (tiempo dependiendo de corte/temperatura varoma/vel cuchara). Una vez cocido poner en una fuente de cristal (u otro) con AOVE en la base para evitar que se pegue.
  3. Limpiar brócoli/coliflor y añadir al varoma vacío (15 m/varoma/vel 1).
  4. Bechamel... añadir al vaso el AOVE (calentar 3 m/120°/vel cuchara). Harina y rehogar (2 m/120°/vel 1). Precalentar horno a 180º calor arriba-abajo. Incoporar al vaso resto de ingredientes (6 m/100°/vel 4).
  5. Verter la bechamel sobre la verdura y batata añadiendo por encima el crumble reservado. Hornear 20 m a 180º.
