  14. Añadir la nata, para conseguir una crema fina. Te aconsejo pongas poca (80-100 ml. es lo que he puesto yo).
  15. Triturar, ya tienes la crema.
  16. Reservarla en un recipiente.
  17. En una olla adecuada a la cantidad de mezcla, poner el curry y la canela.
  18. Darle al fuego, ves dando vueltas con la cuchara de madera, o sea, es tostar sin llegar a que se queme un gramo.
  19. Añadir inmediatamente la crema que tenías en reserva.
  20. Bajar a fuego medio bajo, remover para unificar sabores y homogeneizar la mezcla, hasta que empiece a querer hervir. Apagar.
  21. Servir, yo la acompañe de unas nueces para decorar el plato y combina muy bien.
