Conseguiremos una crema espesa Quitar la mariposa y colar la crema para quitar las pieles de los cítricos. Verter la crema en un molde redondo de silicona previamente engrasado con mantequilla.
- Alisar la superficie, esperar a que se enfríe y refrigerarlo, a ser posible, toda la noche para que la crema cuaje perfectamente y continuar con el postre al día siguiente.
- Precalentar el horno a 200º calor arriba y abajo. Extender el hojaldre sobre la bandeja del horno. Pasarle un rodillo para que quede lo más fina posible. Con mucho cuidado volcar la crema sobre el hojaldre para que quede en el centro. Con la masa de hojaldre que sobre por los bordes ir tapando la crema hasta que quede lo mejor sellada posible. - Pincelar todo con un poco de huevo batido o leche. Hornearlo sobre 30-40 minutos o hasta que el hojaldre esté bien dorado.
- Antes de servirla, derretir el chocolate en el microondas (con cuidado de no quemarlo). Acompañar la tarta con el bol de chocolate fundido y los pistachos troceados para que cada uno se ponga lo que quiera por encima. Disfrutarla!!
