Yo sigo probando nuevos sabores en lo que a variantes del gazpacho se refiere, este en concreto, llevaba días rondando mi cabeza y es uno de esos experimentos que salen bien a la primera...   8. 200 Ml agua
  9. 15 Ml vinagre de Jerez
  10. Sal (al gusto)
  11. 80 Ml aceite de oliva virgen extra
  12. ----- Para acompañar:
  13. 60/80 Gr jamón ibérico en trocitos muy pequeños
  14. Cebollino muy picadito
  15. Picatostes
  16. 1 chorrito aceite de oliva virgen extra

Instructions to make to make Gazpacho verde

  1. Pelamos y picamos todas las verduras (reservamos)
  2. Ponemos el pan en un poco de agua para que se vaya ablandando
  3. Echamos en orden todos los ingredientes (excepto el aceite) en nuestro vaso batidor turmix, batidora americana, procesador de alimentos, Thermomix, etc... y batimos aproximadamente durante unos 4 o 5 minutos a máxima velocidad, acabado el tiempo, vamos incorporando el aceite poco a poco y en forma de hilo, después probamos, rectificamos de sal y si te gusta más fino puedes pasarlo por un chino o un colador, luego volcamos en un bol (bien tapado), y llevamos a la nevera para que vaya enfriando
  4. Mientras, vamos preparando la guarnición, picamos el jamón ibérico y el cebollino en trocitos muy pequeños y reservamos por separado hasta el momento de servir
  5. Servimos en cuencos individuales, bien frío (mínimo de 4 a 5 horas) con su acompañamiento y para terminar un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra por encima
  6. Como son oye, ya me están diciendo que cuando hago más!!! jeje
