- Poner a cocer los caracoles ya lavados (yo los compro lavados). Echar agua hasta que los cubra.

- Se fríe la cebolla con un par de cayenas y un poco de sal, cuando haya soltado el jugo añadimos el pan, un poco de pimentón, caldo de la cocción de los caracoles y por último el tomate y un poco de sal, cominos y dejamos unos pocos minutos y trituramos. (Si es con thermomix mejor).
- Añadimos a la cocción. Probamos que esté de sal y picante a nuestro gusto. Se deja cocer hasta que los caracoles estén blandos.
- Se saca el chorizo, jamón y beicon, se parte en trozos y se vuelve a echar.
- Servir muy calientes
