  4. Colem l'orxata y, si hem fet servir aigua freda, ja está a punt per servir! Com que als meus fills l'orxata"bona" no els agrada (estàn acostumats a les porqueries del supermercat), afegeixo mig litre més d'aigua a les xufles triturades y o bato 20 segons més y els en faig una de més aigualida.
