  3. Añadir el resto de la harina y la levadura y amasar bien (En Thermomix 5 segundos V.6 y 3 minutos espiga) La masa se tiene que despegar de las paredes, si no es así añadir un poco de harina. Si se hacen bolitas añadir leche.
  4. Dejar reposar la masa media hora, y luego se puede o aplanar con un rodillo e ir cortando las formas que queramos, o bien con las manos hacer una redonda plana y freír en aceite bien caliente. Escurrir en papel de cocina el exceso de aceite y comerlas enseguida.
