- Una vez que esté hecho el boquerón, picamos el ajo y el perejil muy fino y lo echamos por encima, y los regamos con aceite de oliva. Yo lo hice con la thermomix, porque tenía que hacer más picada para otra receta. Así que piqué los dientes de ajo y el perejil, 4 segundos, velocidad 6.
