  1. 200 gramos turrón de Jijona
  2. 550 gramos leche
  3. 200 gramos nata para postres
  4. 100 gramos azúcar
  5. 2 sobres cuajada
  6. 5 cucharadas soperas azúcar
  7. 5 cucharadas soperas agua
  8. 5 gotitas limón

Instructions to make to make Flan de turrón

  1. Antes que nada, hacemos el caramelo. Ponemos en un cazo 5 cucharadas de azúcar, 5 cucharas de agua y 5 gotitas de limón para que no cristalice el caramelo.
    Cuando esté tomando color y esté rubito, lo retiramos del fuego porqué aun así, seguirá subiendo el color y en segundos se nos quema.

    Echamos el caramelo en el molde que vayamos a utilizar, yo en éste caso utilicé uno de plum-cake. Reservamos.

    Ahora vamos a utilizar la thermomix.
    Trituramos el turrón 5 segundos en velocidad 5 y luego añadimos todos los ingredientes.
    Programamos 10 segundos, velocidad 5 y luego 8 minutos 100º y velocidad 2.
    Una vez pasado el tiempo, lo ponemos 10 segundos a velocidad 5 para que quede todo bien integrado.
  2. Si no tienes thermomix, también te dejo como hacerlo.
    Primero, trituramos el turrón y lo echamos en un cazo.
    A continuación, echamos junto con el turrón, todos los ingredientes menos los dos sobres de cuajada y un vaso de la leche (que reservamos de los 550 gramos) y lo ponemos a fuego suave.
    En el vaso de leche fría disolvemos la cuajada, una vez disuelta, se la añadimos al resto de los ingredientes cuando éstos empiecen a hervir.
    Removemos hasta que vuelva a hervir, retiramos unos segundos del fuego sin dejar de remover y luego la volvemos a poner al fuego hasta que vuelva a hervir.
    Siempre a fuego suave, para que nos se nos pegue.
  3. Después lo volcamos sobre el molde caramelizado, dejamos enfriar casi una hora y luego lo introducimos en el frigorífico hasta que cuaje.
    Recomiendo hacerlo de un día para otro para que cuaje bien.
