- Las colocaremos sobre papel de horno en las bandejas y dejaremos levar una hora más o hasta que doble el volumen
- Precalentar el horno a 220 y hornear durante 4 minutos
- Pasado los 4 minutos sacar, pintar con el huevo reservado y espolvorear con azúcar y volver a meter al horno 6 o 7 minutos hasta que esté doradita
- Después dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla para que la masa no coja humedad
