  6. En el momento en el que empiece a hervir será cuando retiraremos del fuego, y con la clara y el azucar ya montada a punto de nieve, iremos mezclando con ayuda de nuevo de nuestras varillas hasta que esté toda la miel integrada
  7. Esta mezcla habrá que moverla durante 25-30 min, los primeros minutos podremos hacerlo con las varillas pero despues lo seguiremos haciendo de forma manual con una cuchara de madera pues la mezcla irá cogiendo consistencia y podriamos estropear nuesrras varillas
  8. Cuando la mezcla ya sea consistente añadiremos la almendra tostada y mezclaremos bien
  9. Ahora cojeremos la caja con nuestra base de oblea y encima dispondremos nuestra mezcla y repartiremos bien (aconsejo que os humedezcais las manos, pues os ayudara a alisar la mezcla y repartirla bien por el molde)
  10. Encima de esta mezcla pondremos otra lamina de oblea y taparemos dejando reposar minimo 24 horas en la nevera para que coja consistencia. Una vez endurecido ya podremos conservarlo en la despensa
